Available since 2018 on PC, The Vagrant announced in 2020 the development of a port on Nintendo Switch before disappearing from the radar. Good news, as indicated by Gematsu, the 2D action-RPG from OTK Games will resurface in issue 1745 of the famous Japanese magazine Weekly Famitsu in which publisher Rainy Frog will formalize the release of the game next month. in June 2022, on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Switch under a new name, Sword of the Vagrant.
A new name, a launch window… and that’s it?
Unfortunately, according to the Famitsu website, the launch window and the name of this port will obviously be the only interesting information delivered by the magazine, which will essentially content itself with returning to certain strong points of the game, namely its history and its combat system.
As a reminder, The Vagrant/Sword of the Vagrant invites the player to follow the multi-ending story of Vivian, a wanderer exploring and facing the dangers of the fantastical world of Mythrilia in order to uncover the truth of her lineage and her darkest secret.
