This is a disturbing new disappearance. On Sunday January 29, Héléna Cuyou gave no sign of life. The young woman disappeared when she had just spent the evening in a nightclub in Brest. As the investigation continues, a 36-year-old Brestois, who works in the restaurant business, is now the main suspect. According to the public prosecutor of Brest, Camille Miansoni, the man, who tried to end his life twice, would have confessed to relatives “having done something stupid, that his life was over” and “it was an accident”.
A disturbing fact surprised the investigators. Indeed, the Brestois would have gone to the police station with his brother and his sister-in-law, Friday evening, according to The Telegram, before he was taken to the emergency room following the drugs he allegedly swallowed. The day after, the brother of the suspect and his companion revealed to the gendarmes of Crozon the disturbing remarks of the cook. This visit to the police station is particularly surprising. As a result, the departmental director of public security, Thierry Chollet, wanted to have more “explanations, for all intents and purposes, on what precisely happened on Friday at the Brest police station”, he indicated.

This Sunday, February 5, the public prosecutor of Brest made new revelations. “We now have indications that suggest” that this person “was involved in the facts of disappearance without it being possible to say in what way, with whom and in what circumstances”.
