The Vivo X90 and X90 Pro would arrive in Europe from the end of January 2023

We’ve been waiting for the new Vivo X90s for several weeks now, and it seems that two of the three high-end smartphones should arrive by the end of the month in Europe.

Last December, Vivo was the first to launch a new smartphone on the market, the Vivo X90 Pro+, with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, before being joined by other manufacturers such as IQOO, Xiaomi and OnePlus. . He was accompanied by two other models equipped with other MediaTek chips, the Vivo X90 and X90 Pro.

An image had circulated on social media indicating that Vivo was preparing to launch its X90 series in Europe on January 31, but the Chinese manufacturer has not yet confirmed the information. Vivo is content to tease its smartphones by unveiling several posters, but these could well indicate that one of the models will not arrive with us.

The Vivo X90 Pro + would not be launched in France

On the official page of Vivo Malaysia, the brand promotes its X90 and X90 Pro, without ever mentioning or showing the most expensive model, the Vivo X90 Pro+. However, it is he who is equipped with the latest technologies on the market, especially on his photo part.

In Europe, everything leads to believe that it will be necessary to be satisfied with the Vivo X90 and X90 Pro. As a reminder, these are powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC, which has little to envy to the Qualcomm chip. The Vivo X90 and X90 Pro benefit from a 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED display. At the battery level, there is a 4810 mAh accumulator for the X90, and 4870 mAh for the X90 Pro. Both come with 120W wired fast charging.

On the photo side, the Pro model relies on a 50 MP IMX866 main sensor, a 50 MP ultra wide-angle sensor as well as a 12 MP (2X) telephoto lens. For its part, the Vivo X90 is entitled to the same 50 MP IMX866 sensor, a 12 MP ultra wide-angle sensor and a 12 MP telephoto lens (2X). It remains to be seen at what price the two smartphones will be available from us, and especially on what date. Vivo is expected to speak on this soon.
