This Saturday, October 1, the very young semi-finalists of The Voice Kids competed with disconcerting fairplay for a few rare final tickets. Among them, a moving singer took over a song by Daniel Lévi, and did not fail to move Sandrine Aboukrat, his widow.
The semi-finals of The Voice Kidswhich took place this Saturday 1er October, were placed under the sign of emotion and talent. Viewers and coaches witnessed extraordinary performances by very young singers.
The participants in the program who have reached the semi-finals all have their signature, their vocal identity and above all, their own way of bringing real emotion. All were able to upset the public, but some performances were more striking than others.
A poignant tribute to Daniel Lévi
Aivan, a young boy of a reserved nature, is one of the semi-finalists who really upset the coaches and viewers. The latter chose to perform one of the late singer Daniel Lévi’s key songs, The desire to love.
Her clear and powerful voice sublimated the song and touched the hearts of the coaches. A pure and innocent voice which did not fail to pierce the screen since Internet users and viewers were also deeply moved. The thrills were there, the magic was able to operate and the notes of the young Aivan seduced the whole of France. So much so that the little singer who already has everything of a big qualified for the final alongside Raynaud in Patrick Fiori’s team.
The other lucky finalists are also, in the team of Julien Dore : Loghane and Arthur, within Louane’s team: Sanaa and Sacha, and finally, the team of Kendji is composed of Romane and Sarah.
The widow of Daniel Lévi upset
A large number of Internet users reacted after Aivan’s performance. Among them, one message stood out from the others. That of Sandrine Aboukrat, widow of Daniel Lévi. This manages the official account of her late husband, and did not fail to send him a message via a story of the most moving.
Sandrine has indeed relayed one of the messages left by a user who wrote tenderly: “You see Danielthe little ones do not forget you”. Touched by this beautiful statement and by the performance of Aivan Sandrine Aboukrat then reposted the story by putting heart and prayer sign emojis. By doing this, Daniel Lévi’s widow gave greater visibility to this most touching and meaningful message.
Despite the young age of Aivan, the latter, like others, continues to honor the memory of Daniel Lévi and proves that it is not a question of generation. The recently deceased singer has marked countless people, been part of their lives, and somehow still lives in them through his music.
A very nice way to show that young people can also interpret great French titles. Little Nahel also demonstrated this by singing Stay of Claude Francois. He who is used to listening to Brel or even Piaf. Long live the youth!
