The Walking Dead: Fans of "World Beyond" have to wait longer for the start

From April 12, "The Walking Dead: World Beyond" should actually start on the US broadcaster AMC. Now nothing comes of it. The start is postponed due to the Corona crisis. There is no new appointment yet. As those responsible announced via Twitter, the series should start "later this year".

It was no longer shot, but "World Beyond" was apparently still in post-production. It was planned to broadcast the spin-off for "The Walking Dead" after the season finale of the mother series. In Germany, the spin-off, which is to consist of two seasons, should be available on Amazon Prime Video.

The spin-off tells the story of the first generation that grew up after the apocalypse. Emmy winners Julia Ormond (55), Aliyah Royale (19), Alexa Mansour (23), Annet Mahendru (30) and Nicolas Cantu (16) were hired as actors.
