It’s almost the end for the cult zombie series The Walking Dead, which is about to retire after 11 seasons. Adapted from the eponymous comics by Robert Kirkman, the series The Walking Dead debuted in 2010 on AMC in the United States. After a season of 6 episodes and a majority of seasons at 16 episodes thereafter, season 11 saw things big with 24 episodes to allow the writers to properly end the series. The first two parts of eight episodes each have already been broadcast and there is only the third part, also composed of eight episodes, left to discover. The question is where and when, and the answer is simple: on OCS from October 3, 2022.
As for several years, it is indeed the broadcaster OCS which makes it possible to discover the episodes of The Walking Dead just a few hours after their broadcast thanks to video on demand. The episodes will be also broadcast in US+24 at 9 p.m. every Monday evening on OCS Choc. Enough to compete with the other big series also broadcast on Monday evening on OCS City this time, House of the Dragon. Yes, OCS also owns the rights to many series broadcast on HBO in the United States, such as Game Of Thrones and its spin-off, House of the Dragon. As it concerns The Walking Deadthis will be the last opportunity for fans to discover the episodes of the cult series since, as said before, season 11 is the last of the series.
The End of The Walking Dead premieres October 3 on OCS
It is with the broadcast of episode 17 of season 11 of The Walking Dead, entitled “Lockdown” that the third and final part will start on October 3 on OCS at 9 p.m. But no worries for fans of the franchise, many spin-offs are already in circulation or in preparationlike a series based on Maggie and Negan… As a reminder, the era of Rick Grimes has been over for a while and the remaining survivors are in full discovery ofa whole new community: the Commonwealth. While a group formed by Eugene, Yumiko, Ezekiel and Princess fit into this group which managed to recreate a life almost identical to the pre-apocalypse one, the others continue to fight against the remaining Whisperers who scattered after Alpha’s death. The greatest danger, in addition to the unknown represented by the Commonwealth, remains however the cruel lack of food for an Alexandria in full reconstruction…
