This Thursday, March 16, the Warner Pass arrives on Prime Video. But what exactly does this additional subscription contain in terms of series (and films)?

Obviously impossible not to think of HBO series, but that’s not all that deserves to be seen!

Quality content at HBO and elsewhere

Billed 9.99 euros per month, in addition to the 6.99 euros requested by Amazon for Prime Video, the Warner Pass is now – partially – available. Indeed, only four of the dozen channels that will be offered by early April are currently accessible. So, currently, only series and movies from HBO, Adult Swim, Warner Bros. TV and Toonami who are in the game. But there is already plenty to take care of.

Impossible to list all the quality series at HBO, but let’s mention all the same Game Of Thrones, Succession (whose final season will arrive on March 27 via this subscription), House of the Dragon, Chernobyl, Euphoria and the dozens of now classic shows broadcast over the years. HBO also offers a few films, unfortunately rarely at the level of its series. Note in passing that, for the moment, The Last of Us remains accessible directly with the Prime Video subscription. It remains to be seen if the hit HBO series will not later be repatriated behind the Warner Pass.

At Adult Swim and Toonami, channels that are still available in pairs via the Prime Video Channels for 2.99 euros per month, animation is (mainly) in the spotlight: rick and morty, My Hero Academia, Primal, harley quinn (whose season 4 is coming soon!) or even Archer are there.

Finally, at Warner Bros. TV the choice is a little more varied, but relatively limited, and it focuses on series. Shows like Falling Skies, gossip girl Or The Orville rub shoulders with more recent things like Miracle Workers, Raised by Wolves, Visitors or The Flight Attendant.

How to get the Warner Pass?

To subscribe to the Warner Pass, you must have an Amazon Prime Video subscription (free for 30 days). Then go to the Channels section of the interface. Note that if you subscribe to the Warner pass before April 3, you will have 30 days free for this new channel.

With its subscription price still (slightly) more attractive than the others, Prime Video is a very interesting SVoD solution. If it still lacks a few additional flagship series to be able to be fully compared to Netflix, the platform offers a varied and sufficiently rich catalog to keep you busy for a while. It also pulls out of the game with its X-Ray functionality and excellent video quality which can help forgive a few bugs here and there.
