The arrival of milder air from the Atlantic will warm French territory a little, despite the arrival of clouds and some rain. The frosts will decrease but will remain marked in the center-east of the country.
The clouds are back in the north of France this Tuesday, April 5, and they will be accompanied by some rain, indicates La Chaîne Météo. A strong wind of up to 60 km/h will also blow on the Channel coasts but will moderate the temperatures on the rest of the country. The frosts will thus be less present but will remain marked in the Center-East where it will be down to -6°C.

Of the Brittany to the Normandy and on the Hauts-de-France, the sky is very cloudy to overcast in the morning with a few drizzles and drops and a lot of westerly wind up to 60 km/h on the Côte d’Opale. A few thinnings emerge at the end of the day. Afternoon temperatures are on the rise with highs ranging from 10 to 15°C.
In the Pays de la Loire, Centre-Loire Valley, Ile-de-France, Burgundy-Franche-Comte and Great East, the weather is very cloudy to overcast with some rain near the north-eastern borders and snowflakes in the morning from 800 m. Maximum temperatures range from 7 to 13°C.
Of the New Aquitaine at theAuvergne-Rhône-Alpes, the sky is clear in the morning south of a Bordeaux-Lyon line. The minimums are between -6 and 3°C in general with the risk of destructive frosts still in the Center-East. The highs range from 9 to 18°C.
In Occitania, PACA and Corsica, the sun dominates despite more clouds north of the Garonne. The mistral and the tramontana blow moderately. The minimums range from -4 to 7°C and the maximums from 11 to 19°C.
