After being successful, the series The White Lotus is (finally) making a comeback from October 31 on OCS. And who says new season, says new hotel, and new cast! Presentation of the characters.

Beware, readers: this article reveals some plot elements from the first episodes of The White Lotus, still available on OCS. A first chapter to quickly (re) discover before finding the 7 episodes of season 2, from October 31.

Tanya McQuoid is back…

Jennifer Coolidge (American Pie, Blonde’s Revenge, The Watcher) wowed press and audience alike with her hilarious portrayal of eccentric Tanya McQuoid from The White Lotus. Covered with awards for her performance, including an Emmy Award, she will make a long-awaited return in this new season, to the delight of fans. Very affected by the death of her mother, whose ashes she had come to spread in Hawaii, this eccentric millionaire was in a desperate search for love… and good massages! She finally found the two by meeting Greg. Back at the White Lotus, this time in Sicily, she will continue to delight spectators with her deliciously unashamed character!

…with Greg!

Jennifer Coolidge won’t be the only original cast member returning for this new season, as she’s joined by her new hubby, Greg. Played by Jon Gries (Lost, Taken trilogy, Supernatural), this terminally ill Hawaiian White Lotus resident fell in love with the eccentric Tanya in the first season. Far from letting himself be discouraged by illness or the character of his new friend, he had continued his advances until she finally agreed to stay by his side. But there could be water in the gas between the two lovers if we are to believe the first images of these new episodes…

Sabrina Impacciatore is Valentina

After the unforgettable Armond, director of the Hawaiian White Lotus played by Murray Bartlett, holidaymakers this new season will have the pleasure of being welcomed by Valentina, director of the Sicilian White Lotus. A passionate woman, fully devoted to her profession, and whose perfectionism could well affect some members of her team… The actress behind the role, Sabrina Impacciatore, is best known to Italian audiences for her remarkable performances in Napoleon and I and Amiche da die.

F. Murray Abraham is Bert Di Grasso

Bert is the patriarch of the Di Grasso family, who continues to imagine himself as a strong and manly figure despite his old age. Much like Michael Imperioli, who plays his son, the actor behind Bret is used to big mob roles. Fans of the genre will recognize F. Murray Abraham, memorable in Scarface, but also in Amadeus or The Name of the Rose. Recently appearing on television in Moon Knight, this multi-award winning actor promises to live up to his reputation.

Michael Imperioli is Dominic Di Grasso

Unforgettable in Goodfellas and The Sopranos, Michael Imperioli joins the cast of the 2nd season of The White Lotus to play Dominic Di Grasso, a Hollywood producer who travels with his son Albie and his father Bert. Holidays between boys that are likely to turn sour…

Adam Di Marco is Albie Di Grasso

Played by Adam Di Marco (The Magicians, The Order, Pillow Talk), Albie is a young Italian graduate accompanying his father and grandfather to the White Lotus to reconnect with his Sicilian roots. But the relations maintained by the young man with his elders seem to be most conflicted.

Theo James and Meghann Fahy are Cameron and Daphne Babcock

Fans of the first season had the pleasure of discovering the smallest details of the relationship of Shane and Rachel (Jack Lacy and Alexandra Daddario), newlyweds already calling their couple into question. In this new season, they will be able to discover with joy Cameron and Daphne Babcock. Played by Theo James (The Time traveler’s wife) and Meghann Fahy (Gossip Girl), these spouses arrive at the hotel with their couple of friends, Ethan and Harper. A quartet that will quickly experience the roller coaster…

Aubrey Plaza and Will Sharpe are Harper and Ethan Spiller

The intrigues of the couples are often the most crisp, hilarious and made up of misunderstandings as much as sincere and fascinating reflections. This is why they are the delight of regular spectators. They will therefore be delighted to get to know Harper and Ethan Spiller. Friends of Cameron and Daphne, they are now part of high society since the success of Ethan, and intend to take advantage of it in Italy. Fans of Parks and Recreations will certainly have recognized Aubrey Plaza as Harper, while Will Sharpe (Giri / Haji), lends his to her husband.

Beatrice Grannò is Mia

Beatrice Grannò is Mia, a talented singer looking for a great opportunity that could take off her musical career. The actress behind this Sicilian pure juice, with a strong character, had previously illustrated herself in several successful Italian series: Il Capitano Maria, Zero or even Doc. His performance will, without a doubt, match the talent of his character!

Tom Hollander is Quentin

English expatriate in Italy, Quentin arrives at the White Lotus with his friends and his nephew, the magnetic Jack. Fans of the Pirates of the Caribbean saga will no doubt recognize Tom Hollander, since he already brought his irresistible British touch to it in the role of Cutler Beckett. It is therefore with a colorful cast that The White Lotus attacks its second season. What secrets are these families hiding? What conflicts will upset these couples? See you every Monday, from October 31 on OCS, to find out!
