It’s confirmed, LG’s wireless Oled TV will indeed be available on the European market soon. So you shouldn’t have to wait long before you can get your hands on the LG OLED M3…if you have the budget.
“LG launches the world’s first wireless OLED TV“. The title of the communiqué sent very recently to the press is somewhat confusing. The LG OLED M3 was actually presented at the start of 2023 at CES in Las Vegas. Nevertheless, there is an important information to remember: this television which promises, on paper, to get rid of cables, will arrive on the European market. It will therefore be available for purchase in France.
The LG OLED M3 “is currently available in South Korea with plans to roll out to major markets including North America and Europe later this year“says LG.
A television and a remote box
As a reminder, this TV sees all its connectors remote on a box with which it communicates wirelessly. In other words, you can just plug in the box in question and hide it in a discreet corner of your living room, up to 10 meters from the television (as long as the box is placed in front of the screen).
LG is promoting a technology called “Zero Connect” which allows the remote box to transmit content to the screen in 4K quality and with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
Three screen sizes for LG Wireless TV
Three diagonals were presented at CES 2023: OLED77M3, OLED83M3 and, the largest model, OLED97M3.
The 97-inch LG Signature OLED M TV will soon be joined by the 83-inch and 77-inch OLED evo M models with Zero Connect technology.
The prices have not yet been revealed by LG, however.
