In the month of December 2022, CD development studio Projet RED rolled out the next gen update to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. In addition to having brought graphic and technical improvements, this one added a new quest, allowing to retrieve the armor that Geralt is wearing (played by Henry Cavill) in the Netflix series The Witcher. Moreover, we explain to you how to get itin the following.
Collect The Witcher series armor on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
In order to collect Geralt’s armorappearing in the Netflix series The Witcheron The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, you must be interested in a very specific quest. To obtain it, you must have completed the prologue of the game, taking place in Blanchefleur, and have unlocked the Velen region. Indeed, it is in this area that the said quest is located, in particular very close to the fast travel point “Hanged Man’s Tree”.
In order to save you time, we show you the exact location of the said quest (symbol: current position of the player, on image 1 of the gallery below).
Once you reach this location, interact with the “Eternal Fire Priest” NPC (image 2 in the gallery above). This one will tell you about the Pit, a place where deserters have settled. You will have to explore the pit mines. On this subject, we will not tell you more in order to keep you completely surprised.
It is at the end of this quest that you will recover the diagrams allowing you to craft the equipment of the School of the Forgotten Wolf, that is to say armor from The Witcher series (level 20 required to wear it). Obviously, to make it, you will have to gather many materials and alchemical ingredients. Also, be aware that the quest continues in Kaer Morhen, where you can find documents to improve the said armor.
To conclude, note that it is preferable to complete this quest while being level 9 or 10. On our side, we realized it when we were only level 7. As a result, we had to show caution when traveling and during clashes.
