Even if season 2 was not to everyone’s taste and many viewers were disappointed after the first episode, the series The Witcher nevertheless met with massive success. Some will probably not dare to admit it, but we must recognize that we are already waiting impatiently for season 3! What was not then our pleasure to discover yesterday that the Twitter account @witchernetflix shared a photo of filming in announcing that production had resumed.

Beyond the photo which once again promises us magnificent settings for this future season, Netflix offers us a preview the global scenario that awaits us. This is something to make us wait while waiting for more information on The Witcher 4 !
Who is in charge?
This season’s episodes will be directed by Stephen Surjik (Reacher, The Umbrella Academy), Ganja Monteiro (Brand New Cherry Flavor, The Chi), Loni Peristere (American Horror Story, A Series of Unfortunate Events) and Bola Ogun (Raising Dion, Lucifer). So we have once again some beautiful people on the spot. As far as the casting is concerned, we will of course find Henry Cavill, Anya Chalotra and Freya Allan in the respective title roles of Geralt, Yennefer and Cirilla.
To quote Samantha Nelson who wrote the introductory article of the season on the official blog from Netflix: “So stock up on elixirs because you’ll want to be prepared for monsters and future announcements as Season 3 approaches.“!
