The highly anticipated second season of “The Witcher” was released on Netflix today, Friday. And in the credits of the 8th and last episode is also hidden the very first trailer for the upcoming offshoot “The Witcher: Blood Origin”. The video offers the first look at the new main characters Éile (Sophia Brown), Fjall (Laurence O’Fuarain) and Scian (Michelle Yeoh).

Little is known about “The Witcher: Blood Origin” yet. The prequel series takes place around 1200 years before the events of “The Witcher” and revolves around the so-called Conjunction of the spheres, through which the worlds of humans, elves and monsters came together in the first place.
