Télé Star invites you to discover what is the theme of the magazine Le monde de Jamy, this Wednesday, October 12 on France 3. An issue that should appeal to gourmets…
Jamy Gourmaud gives an appointment, this Wednesday, October 12 at 9 p.m., to the viewers of France 3 for its magazine Le monde de Jamy. In this new issue, Frédéric Courant’s former sidekick in C’est pas sorcier and his partner Églantine Eméyé will look into the most mysterious of our five senses: taste.
Of all our senses, taste is the most powerful but also the most complex. It mobilizes our taste buds, our sense of smell, but also our sight, our hearing and our memory! In this gourmet issue, nourished by fun experiences and scientific insights, Jamy Gourmaud and Églantine Éméyé will teach us to tame our taste to eat better. How to cook better to bring out all the flavors? How to convince our children to taste unknown foods? And disgust, where does it come from? Why do our “stinky cheeses” give strangers a cold sweat? Science allows us today to know much more.
Le monde de Jamy: two issues this Wednesday, October 12!
After this new issue devoted to taste, Jamy Gourmaud and Églantine Eméyé will be back at 11:10 p.m. for a second issue of Le Monde de Jamy devoted, this time, climate and rising waters. In autumn 2020, in the Alpes-Maritimes, the Vésubie, Roya and Tinée valleys were devastated by a flash flood which ravaged several municipalities. Balance sheet: 9 dead, 9 missing and 3,700 victims. Nine months later, in northern Europe, floods cause the biggest natural disaster in decades in Germany, Austria and Belgium. They cause 220 deaths. Because of global warming, we are going to face these extreme phenomena more and more often. With its 100,000 rivers, France is particularly vulnerable. Floods are the leading cause of natural disasters in our country.
