For that, we will obviously have to wait for the final and the result of the LCS Championship, the playoffs of the regular season. Cloud9, 100T and Evil Geniuses have secured the three remaining slots, but the two for the Main Event and the one for the play-ins must be defined.
Right after the final, on the night of September 11-12, a draw will take place for the Worlds. Then you will have to wait for the September 29 next to see the start of the competition with the first play-in group stage, which will give access to four Main Event tickets among the greatest champions of the season, including the fantastic leader of LCK, Gen.G, or again the three European teams (we are still waiting to know the order, but G2 Esports is already guaranteed to be in the game).
The draw will be broadcast live on Twitch on the Riot Games channel, the schedule of meetings will be shown at the same time, and we will quickly know which posters are waiting for viewers. As a reminder, three pools depending on the seeds will make it possible to make a fair draw in play-in, while teams from the same league will not be able to compete.
