The Wreck: The narrative game of The Pixel Hunt (Bury me, my love) will come to make us cry in March

Since the release ofBury me, my lovea very original narrative game that has something to mark with a hot iron, we keep a very close eye on the French studio The Pixel Huntwho also co-produced Inua – A Story in Ice and Time. We therefore monitor The Wreck with some interest, especially since he came to give us some news during one of our French Direct AGs. The studio informed us earlier in the week that it was ready for the launch of the game, which we rediscover once again on video before its release.

The past to better understand the present

Prepare the handkerchiefs, since The Wreck will tell us the painful (but undoubtedly cathartic) story of Juno, a thirty-something who is on the verge of losing her mother and who will relive precious memories to help her overcome this ordeal. This 3D visual novel will therefore play on different temporalities by exploring the past of our protagonist, in order to give him a better perception of the things that are happening to him in the present.

This new trailer also tells us that The Wreck will be released on March 14 on all platforms, i.e. PC (Steam), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch. If the title intrigues you, do not hesitate to try its demo on Steam.
