The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11T will be unveiled on May 24

Xiaomi is preparing to present its Redmi Note 11T at an event to be held very soon in China. The opportunity to complete an already well-stocked range.

Xiaomi has not finished with the Redmi Note 11 range which already has four smartphones in France. As reported on the Chinese social network Weibo, the manufacturer will hold an event on May 24, 2022 at 7 p.m. (local time) to unveil the new Redmi Note 11T.

These models stamped “T” should be available in three versions: a standard Note 11T, a Note 11T Pro and a Note 11T Pro +. Little information has so far filtered out about them. On the various visuals shared by the brand, we see that the design of the Note 11T Pro + is a little closer to the recent Xiaomi 12 than the Redmi Note 11 released so far.

The family is growing

On the back, there is the presence of a triple photo sensor housed in a rectangular island. The firm also announced that the smartphone will be equipped with a flat LCD panel “worthy of a top of the range”, capable of offering a refresh rate of 144 Hz. This choice seems surprising, the Oled screens used on the Redmi Note 11 being particularly convincing. We also note that the 3.5 mm jack port is always present.

As confirmed by the visuals published by Xiaomi on its Weibo account, the Pro and Pro+ versions will be equipped with the Dimensity 8100, a mid-to-high-end SoC whose performance promises to be solid. The chip that will animate the Note 11T has not yet been communicated. The photo part should be provided by a main sensor of 64 megapixels, but it will be necessary to wait for the official presentation of the smartphones to know the details.

The “T” models often prove to be enduring, and this should once again be the case here. If we are to believe the apparently official visuals circulating online (see the tweet above), the Pro version should opt for a 5080 mAh battery and fast charging at 67 W, while the Pro + would have a battery smaller, but rechargeable at 120 W.

Three colors would be available: black, gray and blue. As usual, smartphones should be released a few months later on the European market.
