Amanda has a new interpreter
At the time of filming these components of The Young and the Restless in the United States in 2021, Mishael Morgan (who spoke to AlloCiné about her roles as Hilary and Amanda) was forced to move away from the sets filming the cult soap opera in order to have emergency surgery! She suffered from a detached retina in her right eye.
Thus, while the star underwent her operation and then recovered, the production of The Young and the Restless decided to call on Karla Mosley to compensate for the absence of Mishael Morgan during his convalescence.
