Theatrhythm: Final Bar Line will release a demo on February 1 with around 30 tracks


With such a busy month of February, some titles should struggle to get noticed. Even enjoying the aura of the license Final Fantasy, Thearrhythm: Final Bar Line finds itself overshadowed by the release of event titles which could make the immediate purchase of the rhythm game less essential for many players. That’s why Square Enix wants to put the odds on its side by unveiling a demo that will aim to convince skeptics as well as the most impatient people.

One tenth of the game only

This demo will be available from February 1st, i.e. tomorrow, on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, and let you get a taste of what the rhythm game has to offer. The 30 songs present in the demo (out of more than 385 in the final game) will be divided into three types of levels that fans of the license must already know, namely:

  • Battle Music Stage (BMS): Fights with a multitude of enemies to defeat in rhythm.
  • Field Music Stage (FMS): Softer passages focused on travel.
  • Event Music Stage (EMS): Illustrated tracks with legendary scenes from each game.
