Round breasts: remade or natural?
No need to go through four ways to explain it, the round chest is made up of breasts as full at the top as at the bottom. While some owe it to surgery, others just get this kind of breast naturally.
The “East-West” version breasts, also called opposite breasts
The breast line between the base and the bottom is slightly sloping and extends the breasts to the side, leaving a space between them. Here, the chest takes its ease and lets the nipples point outwards, in an opposite direction.
Asymmetrical breasts: because perfection does not exist and so much the better
It is not uncommon for a person with a breast to have asymmetrical breasts, like any other part of the body for that matter. The size difference can be as small as it is big, but having one breast smaller than the other doesn’t make it less beautiful.
Breasts spaced or sideways: a gap is widening

This kind of breast looks a lot like the bell-shaped one. The difference is made on the line of the breast between the base of it and the bottom. The slope is, in a way, less direct and delicately curved, quite simply like a drop of water. It is easy to distinguish its shape by standing in profile.
