This Thursday, May 19, Hugo Manos and Raymond Aabou had a very violent exchange on Touche pas à mon poste, concerning the altercation of the day before, between Gilles Verdez and Matthieu Delormeau.
After the violent altercation which opposed Gilles Verdez to Matthieu Delormeau the day before, Cyril Hanouna wanted to make Hugo Manos react on the set of Do not touch My TV, this Thursday, May 19. In effect, the companion of Laurent Ruquier confided his anger at the statements of Gilles Verdezaccused of being homophobic following his statements concerning the refusal of PSG player, Idrissa Gueye, to wear an LGBT jersey. “People felt attacked (…) When Matthieu needs you to condemn the thing and if the fact that countries condemn homosexuality shocks you, you don’t answer, it’s provocation”got carried away the columnist of TPMP People.
Following this new settling of accounts, Raymond Aabou wanted to speak. If he regrets that Matthieu Delormeau refused to come on the sethe went back on his remarks and clarified: “I just think that if Idrissa Gueye didn’t want to put on the jersey, maybe that’s not why he’s homophobic, I don’t know, I don’t know his life and I don’t want Idrissa Gueye to be the representative of homosexuals”. But the columnist of TPMP went on to say words that shocked: “We do a lot of stuff for gay people, we do a lot of stuff for homophobia. In 1980, you had to hide, stop being smart. You’re annoying me too”. Words that brought Hugo Manos out of his hinges.
Raymond Aabou: “In the eyes of some people, you are not normal”
Indeed, the companion of Laurent Ruquier reacted to quarter turns. Cyril Hanouna was forced to intervene: “Raymond you can’t say: ‘We do a lot for homos’. They are not people apart”. Raymond Aabou sinks a little deeper : “In the eyes of some people, you are not normal (…) People who are homophobic, people who don’t like fags too much (…) There are people who don’t like not pe*es, they say ‘as long as they don’t piss me off, it’s not my ass, they do what they want’. A debate which had to be closed by Cyril Hanouna, visibly exceeded. Raymond Aabou apologized in a tweet : “Friends, I was very clumsy this evening, apparently some have completely understood the opposite of my words… What I wanted to say is that there is still a long way to go, but it’s going in the right direction. … Let’s live together damn it … Long live life”.
