Are you fed up with your Lightning cable and dreaming of being able to charge your iPhone
in USB-C
? You are not alone.

On the other hand, innovation does (still) not come from Apple.

And in addition, this iPhone is a fine swimmer

After a student’s successful experiment last October, it’s now robotics engineers who have made the iPhone X their guinea pig for a transition from traditional Lightning chargers to USB-C. Attention, this is not a mass production but an experiment carried out by engineers, not to be reproduced at home therefore, unless you are a real expert.

A new iPhone X customized in USB-C is therefore born in the heart of Austria. In a video shared on YouTube at the start of 2022, Gernot Jöbstl unveils what he announces will be the first waterproof USB-C iPhone in history. Passed under water for a long time in the video, the smartphone seems to be perfectly resistant.

If you want to afford it, however, you should not be afraid to get your hands on the stock market. Indeed, the first prototype of iPhone X in USB-C put on sale on eBay was sold for nearly 100,000 dollars (!). Knowing that this version is waterproof, we can imagine a more than exorbitant final amount. The sale is scheduled, still on the same platform, on January 19 at 5 p.m.
