In this position, Laurence Paganini will also be responsible in particular for piloting the evaluation process of the board of directors, as well as organizing, chairing and leading the meetings of non-executive directors.
The plumbing equipment distributor adds that it may request the convening of the board of directors on a specific agenda whose importance or urgent nature would justify the holding of an extraordinary meeting.
