Thermomix: this new original cutting accessory that we didn’t expect

Every year, the Thermomix is ​​enriched with new features and gains in versatility. This year, Vorwerk is rolling out a special accessory for its oh-so-famous Minute Cutter accessory: the Spiral Cutter. This small tool that is installed in the bowl of the Minute Cutter allows you to make two types of cuts: a thick spiral cut to make vegetable tagliatelle and another in a thin spiral (like linguine or spaghetti). For some, it is an opportunity to try a fun form of cutting and to introduce children to the preparation (as well as the tasting) of a new type of vegetables, for others, it represents a way to bring variety to plates.

Promised to be easy to install and clean, the Spiral Cutter is dishwasher safe. Note that it can only be used with the Thermomix Minute Cutter, this accessory launched two years ago which came as a small revolution in the Vorwerk universe.

The Minute Cut is enriched

Building on the success of its Minute Cutter, Vorwerk is therefore focusing more on this accessory by offering a third cutting method. Indeed, when the German giant presented its Minute Cutter, the Thermomix community immediately flocked to these cutting discs which not only allow you to grate vegetables (in two thickness sizes) but also to cut them into slices ( cucumbers, potatoes, carrots or even sausage).

This device effectively complements the plethora of functions covered by the Vorwerk robot cooker. This accessory is very easy to tame, cleans without problem and provides very good cutting performance, whether for slicing or grating. With the Spiral Cutter, Vorwerk offers a third possible cutting, much more fun.
