In doing so, Vorwerk could orientate itself towards new technical trends. For example, the current model is already based on smart concepts, such as a connection to an online prescription service. These rumors about the Thermomix TM7 have been circulating online so far.
Release: When will the Thermomix TM7 appear?
This question is not that easy to answer. There is no official information, Vorwerk has only ruled out a release in 2023. However, it could be soon. This shows us when we look at the release years of the predecessors. They speak a clear language. On Reddit, a user points out that the time span between the TM5 and TM6 was only five years. Vorwerk could therefore already release a new model in 2024.
So fans have to be patient. On the occasion of the celebrations of Vorwerk’s 140th anniversary, the company unveiled at least the Thermomix TM6 in a limited edition in 2023. Instead of white, the case shines in diamond black.
How much will the Thermomix TM7 cost?
The Thermomix is a premium product range from Vorwerk. The current model already costs 1,399 euros in the basic package and offers you a six-month subscription to the Cookidoo recipe site, as well as a cooking course and a welcome service with a Thermomix representative. The price of the successor could increase simply due to the world situation and its influence on the production of components.
Where can I get the Thermomix from?
In sales, Vorwerk relies on consultants (also called representatives) who are involved in the purchases. According to an interview with the spokesman for the board of Vorwerk, Thomas Stoffmehl, they also have a digital offer with the world. In addition, they want to increase the number of Vorwerk stores in Europe.
So if nothing changes in the sales strategy of the German company, you will probably get the premium food processor again from consultants and from one of their own shops, which is still rare. At least some consultants already have their own website, so you can probably order the TM7 online in certain regions when it appears.

With Cookidoo there is a subscription recipe service that can also be used with the Thermomix MT6. Vorwerk could follow the current trend here and, as FoodCook notes, ask users for weight, height and other data so that the Thermomix TM7 can suggest a list of suitable dishes or even a (diet) menu.
Will the next Thermomix get artificial intelligence?
The Thermomix representative Barbara Ibach speaks of AI features that the new Thermomix TM7 could have. Interesting functions with artificial intelligence would be suggestions for recipes based on user behavior, voice control, adapting recipes based on user preferences, an automatic cleaning program and error detection with problem solving in the cooking process.
New ways of cooking
The latest model is already capable of heating, sous-vide cooking in a vacuum, slow cooking, fermenting, thickening and peeling potatoes. We do not assume that Vorwerk will save on functions in a premium product. However, new functions may be added.
Vorwerk could introduce some functions that, according to FoodCook, some of its competitors are already building into their devices. This includes, for example, a grater or the function of cutting food into slices directly in the device.
