While Vanguard weapons tend to dominate the Warzone meta in Caldera and Rebirth Island, there are still a few viable weapons from the Cold War and Modern Warfare pools. Two MW weapons in particular have incredible TTKs.
Since Warzone launched in March 2020, the game has seen several big meta changes, most notably when Black Ops Cold War and Vanguard were brought into the game.
Over time, older weapons have become less prevalent, in favor of their newer counterparts, with Vanguard weapons currently topping the Warzone meta.
But this does not necessarily mean that they are better in all situations. Indeed some MW weapons are still viable. Plus some have some of the fastest TTK in the game.

On June 14, a Warzone expert posted a video about the fastest weapons in terms of TTK in Warzone, and while three of the five weapons listed are Vanguard meta picks, two of them will only be known to those who really grinded during the early months of Warzone.
The two weapons are the Fennec SMG and the Oden Assault Rifle, which have pick ratios of 0.26 and 0.11 respectively, according to WZRanked.
While the Fennec was once a fairly common choice (although it was never truly meta), the Oden has long been an underappreciated weapon in Warzone due to its very slow rate of fire and frustrating recoil. .

As WhosImmortal explains, the Fennec is still a good weapon, but there are many reasons why players would want to avoid the Oden.
