these excluded games are finally arriving on PS5, real gems!

Two great little Xbox exclusives are coming soon to PS5, but also to other media at the same time. The opportunity for everyone to discover them, they are frankly not bad at all.

ID@Xbox (or Xbox ID) do you know? It is an initiative that allows certain small studios to have a little support for the creation of their game on PC and Xbox Series, at least with regard to the whole visibility part. Thanks to this, we were able to discover a lot of little wonders or intriguing games. Most of them start as Xbox exclusives and therefore only appear on the company’s consoles and on PC. But sometimes, it happens that after a while, these exclusives end up landing on other media, this is the case today with two little nuggets! We are far from the last big Xbox exclusives announced on PS5, but these two titles do not lack arguments.

Two small Xbox exclusives are coming to other platforms including the PS5!

One is a poetic and visually enchanting platform puzzle game, while the second opts more for a slightly dark metroidvania. Planet of Lana and The Last Case of Benedict Fox coming to new platforms very soon! Notice to fans, if the games have some flaws, they are atypical enough to tickle your curiosity and clearly deserve a look. After months of waiting, these two games will very soon leave their Xbox exclusive status, as announced a while ago for each of them.

The Last Case of Benedict Fox is coming to PS5 in March

The Last Case of Benedict Fox was one of the sensational games of ID@Xbox before being blown away upon its release. A unique metroidvania with an artistic direction and a super interesting universe. Unfortunately upon its exclusive release on Xbox and PC, the game lacks precision in its gameplay and everything is not rosy. Since then, it has improved and offers a very pleasant experience. The Last Case of Benedict Fox remains a very nice little nugget to pick up on the go. The game will be released on March 26 on PS5 in a Definitive Edition packed with new content. Moreover, PC and Xbox Series players will not be forgotten since the update will also be available for them. There you go, don’t sulk.

Planet of Lana, a little poetry on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch

A true little visual marvel, Planet of Lana is the second formerly Xbox exclusive game to open up to other media. A platform game tinged with puzzle where you play as a young girl trying to find her loved ones in a world in the throes of disaster. A journey full of enchanting paintings carried by a gentle and poetic artistic direction, but which will not lack spice if necessary. Behind its pretty face, Planet of Lana is also an apocalyptic tale where everything is not candy pink, far from it. Like Benedict Fox, Planet of Lana will be released on PS5, but also on PS4 and Nintendo Switch (it will be perfect on this machine by the way), starting April 16.
