Postponed due to the health situation in California, the 63rd Grammy Awards will finally take place on March 14 and will be broadcast on the American television channel CBS. It was originally scheduled for January 31. In France, you will have to wait until 2 a.m. on March 15 to see the stars of the charts walk the red carpet and attend one of the most important parties of the year in the United States. The ceremony will be broadcast on CSTAR in France.
This year, the organizers have unleashed the wrath of many artists such as The Weeknd, Nicki Minaj and Justin Bieber, who have denounced the lack of diversity among the artists nominated. The Weeknd, a Canadian artist born to Ethiopian parents, topped the charts for four consecutive weeks in the United States with his latest album, After Hours, yet absent from the list of nominees in 2021.
Despite this legitimate controversy, the Grammy Awards, which offer a dazzling show every year, once again promise nice surprises with the live performances of Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa and Billie Eilish, among others.
