Orange, SFR, Bouygues or Free among others for France are now required to better inform their customers.

The new regulations also provide for the creation of a European database of special numbers by December 31. Operators will now be required to send their subscribers an SMS listing the emergency services available in the country where they are arriving. As a reminder, the single European emergency number is 112.
