There are reports of issues with two classic Galaxy S24 features. They do not affect a lot of people, but remain unresolved despite attempts to remedy them.

The various tests are unanimous: these are excellent devices and the Galaxy S24 Ultra, the most high-end of the series, is no exception. But like any device recently released into circulation, it is not immune to experiencing some bugs. The majority are fixed after a software update and others are not actually defects, but Samsung “fixes” them anyway.
Despite all the new features brought by the S4, notably Galaxy AI, the artificial intelligence which thinks that our professional meetings talk about cooked oysters, these are two basic features that seem to work poorly among several users. On the samsung forums, we find several topics reporting bugs of all kinds and often affecting something quite marginal. Among them, however, we spot an Internet user who is talking about something much more common.

The subject opened by Adi0 dates from last January and remains active today due to lack of solution. Holder of a S24 Ultrahe explains that he cannot unlock your screen using facial recognition since ambient light is a little low. Except that if he opens his front camera at that moment, his face is perfectly visible. The few solutions proposed by a Samsung moderator do not work and other Internet users have reported the same observation.

The same Aid0 also has problems with the screen projectionor “screen mirroring”, which consists of connect your smartphone to your TV to display the screen SO. The connection is not made in his case. Note, however, that only a minority of people seem to encounter these bugs, but that no one has yet come forward to say that they have been resolved.
