In a video posted on social networks, Doctor Jimmy Mohamed strongly advises against buying industrial blue cords: “It is an ultra-processed product and we should no longer consume it!”. Indeed, by analyzing the composition of a large surface cordon bleu, we discover more than thirty ingredients, some of which are extremely unhealthy. We explain why you should stop consuming this type of product.

Industrial cordons bleus have no nutritional value

When we look at the list of ingredients for an industrial cordon bleu, we first find a preparation based on turkey meat. This preparation actually contains only 36% turkey and many additional ingredients such as water, turkey skinweight fibers or even potato starch.

Industrial blue cords also contain many additives and preservatives including nitrites : “that promote colorectal cancer and diabetes” explains Jimmy Mohamed. They also contain phosphate “un compound believed to promote cardiovascular disease” emphasizes the Doctor. In addition, industrial cordons bleus contain very little protein and therefore have no real nutritional value.
