Fortnite reportedly exceeded 110 million monthly active users during the summer, a record for Epic Games’ battle royale. Tim Sweeney explained that Epic Games “spent the last year rebuilding and executing solidly on all fronts“, a statement that echoes last year’s massive layoffs.
