This Monday, January 31, 2022, Marion Game was a guest on the Jordan de Luxe show for Télé-Loisirs. Asked about Scenes of households, the actress pushed a rant against the new couple who joined the series.
Since 2009, Marion Game has played Huguette, Raymond’s wife in M6’s flagship series, Scenes from Households. While over the years, many couples have joined the series, the actress is far from being a fan of the newcomers, in particular Jalil and Louise (played by Ryad Baxx and Claudia Mongumu, editor’s note). Guest on the Jordan de Luxe show for Tele-Leisure, the star of the small screen explained: “Already, they’re stealing my work, those idiots. It’s not very pleasant. We turn a little less. They’re right, they’re trying to drum the thing up a bit. They do what they can. They do what they want with me. It’s the job that’s like that“, before adding: “I don’t want to stop. I would like to continue, if they want it. I have no pretensions.“
While she still loves playing in the series, Marion Game said: “I ask to shoot Scenes of Households with our two characters, who have been rooted for years, who we have been able to grow like a tree. I have total respect for M6 (…) The new couples they don’t suck, but they have no real interest. So much the better if they turn. It’s not up to Scenes of Households!“Although her remarks surprised Jordan de Luxe, the actress added: “They’re a lovely little couple, but we are not going up.“Last October, Claudia Mongumu, who plays Louise in Scenes of households since August 23, 2021, had however assured to have been well received by the team. For France Sunday, she revealed:The welcome was very warm! It may sound cliché, but we have truly become part of a ‘family.’ During the first days of filming, I can still hear Gérard Hernandez shouting my name in the corridors of the studio. He wanted to meet me at all costs. It moved me a lot…“
Marion Game: “They are not going to arrest Raymond and Huguette”
Last September, it was already in an interview with Jordan de Luxe that the actress regretted that her character was less present on the screen. “They are not dumb anyway! They are not going to arrest Raymond and Huguette, they are not masos!!“, she had revealed before asking: “Scenes of Households, it is not the role of my life! (…) You know, when I shoot, I don’t put my soul into it! Why would there be an affect for Household Scenes?“
