In the Hautes-Pyrénées, after a jogger’s chihuahua was kidnapped, a municipal police officer and gendarmes embarked on a chase worthy of a detective film.
This Tuesday, September 28, 2021, while a woman is jogging in the woods, near the town of Bordères-sur-l’Échez (Hautes-Pyrénées), two men seize her chihuahua breed dog before taking the escape in the car. Distraught, the woman decides to contact a municipal police officer. Without further ado, the agent pursues the two fleeing men who are heading towards the neighboring commune of Oursebelille. In this chase, the policeman crosses paths with two gendarmes who, without further delay, also try to catch up with the two thieves.
Fortunately, the police finally caught up with the fugitives who, panicked by the group of agents on their heels, ended up freeing the dog. They are currently still at large. The most important thing is that the woman who was quietly jogging was able to find her kidnapped dog.
