If the interpreter of Andalusian remains very discreet about his family life, he told us that he had a little ritual with his daughter since she was very young: he sings the song to her My little one which comes from the Disney cartoon Dumbo, a melody he finds “gorgeous”.

At first it was when he rocked her but now it’s to soothe her when she cries. “She was confident and she slept well when I was singing this song”told us the singer before adding: “Now she falls asleep alone but when she cries I still sing this music”… Father-daughter moments that the 26-year-old really enjoys.

Kendji tries to spend as much time as possible with her daughter. “I often have fun with her, I play with her little toys, we go for a walk, I give her a bottle before sleeping, I do simple but pleasant things with her”, he told us. Plus, little Eva Alba already seems to love music. “She loves toys that make music, they are her favourites”revealed the one who sings Color Gitano before adding: “When I play the guitar, she’s like crazy, she laughs, she comes, she dances, she stays with me, I don’t ask her anything but she loves”.

The dad is certain, his daughter will love music later! She has, moreover, a favorite song of his father: Conquistador from the album Mi vida released in 2020. “When I listen to the song, she starts to dance and sing a little laï, laï, laï”, explained Kendji Girac with a smile.
