For two years now France has been shaken by the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar. Her body was never found and yet there was once when the gendarmes thought they had found the nurse.
Delphine Jubillar disappeared without a trace on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020. Her husband Cédric Jubillar is the main suspect in this case, especially since his attitude is strange to say the least. If he has always denied the facts of which he is accused, he does not provide any elements of response either to try to see more clearly. In addition, this Tuesday, December 13, a reconstruction was organized at their home in Cagnac-les-Mines, near Albi (Tarn).
Once again, Cédric Jubillar, who is indicted for intentional homicide on a spouse, did not help the investigators. “He is perfectly stoic, even at home”revealed Me Mourad Battikh, lawyer for relatives of Delphine Jubillar, to BFM TV. “He has the same attitude as since the beginning of the judicial information.”
And according to a former fellow prisoner of Cédric Jubillar, the latter was more talkative in prison. Indeed, an inmate of the Seysses remand center had given the investigators several information from his conversations with Cédric Jubillar. Thereby, “the gendarmes thought they had found the place where Delphine’s body was hidden”tell the journalists of the 12.45 on M6.

However, this was unfortunately a misdirection. Indeed, the fellow prisoner had led the gendarmes to an abandoned farm located in Cagnac-les-Mines. The latter therefore searched this farm for hours, without ever finding the slightest trace of Delphine Jubillar.
Moreover, a neighbor of the former couple also refuted this theory. Interviewed on December 9 by West France, here is what the neighbor said: “Have you tried to get there? Give it a try! The occupant of the premises will come immediately and his dogs with them.. I doubt that Cédric Jubillar could come and bury his wife there at night in peace..“ A new hypothesis that had once again fallen into the water.
