Present since the launch of the program Large Families: Life in XXL, an emblematic tribe has announced its departure from the TF1 program.

Only a few more episodes and their adventure will be over. In July 2020, TF1 launched the show Large families: life in XXL, a program to discover the daily life of several large siblings. Some, among the most emblematic, have won the hearts of viewers who also follow them on social networks to find out more about their joys, but also their little disappointments. However, the constant media coverage of a family can have some difficult repercussions. And it is not Florie Galli who will say the opposite. After the Pellissards, the Gayats and the Bambara, the mother of five children, including triplets, announced to her fans that she and her family would soon no longer appear in Large families : life in XXL. And this time it seems final.

There should be a few episodes left at the start of the school year, but this will be the last for us, she announced in a question and answer session with her fans, on Instagram. However, this is not the first departure of the Galli family from the TF1 program. For a few months, Florie and Bastien had decided to withdraw temporarily because of the pace of filming, which could be particularly tiring for them and their children. “Sometimes things happen, like when a child falls or more complicated situations, and we may not necessarily want to be filmed all the time”had entrusted Florie Galli to explain this first departure, and to specify that she and her tribe had felt the need to find themselves between them, without the cameras.

The new habits of the Galli

A small disappointment for Galli fans, who were happy to find them last March when they returned to the show. A happiness shared by Florie Galli, who was delighted to show the many changes that occurred during their absence from the program. “Things have changed a lot, Arthur went back to college and the triplets to school, today we have new lifestyles”she said, emphasizing her desire to “to convey something true”. “You have to be transparent with the viewers. When you have a large family, everything is not always easy. I want to show the image of real parents of large families, […] which sometimes struggle. It’s not because we make TV that we always have to show a smooth and perfect image”she concluded.
