It’s LinkedIn’s turn to get into artificial intelligence with a new tool integrated into its platform.

With the ChatGPT revolution, absolutely everyone now wants to benefit from the power of artificial intelligence. Today, it is LinkedIn, the essential professional social network, which announces the arrival of AI on its platform.

AI, to better describe itself

GPT-4 is only a few days old, and yet already it feels like the AI has taken a giant leap forward from what was offered by ChatGPT. Yet another proof that technology is evolving very quickly in the field, and that it is best not to miss it if you want to derive some benefit from it.

This is the thought shared by many search engines, from Brave to DuckDuckGo, but also by the major social networks on the Net. The deployment of artificial intelligence on LinkedIn is, in fact, further proof of the frenzy that we are currently experiencing in the field.

LinkedIn now allows its Premium users to use tools based on the same technology as ChatGPT to generate a summary. The AI will draw on the experiences and skills of the user to produce the content.

Employers could also benefit

And the employees will not be the only ones to be served. The platform also plans to make new features available to employers. It will thus be possible to create an advertisement for a job offer by producing only the title of the proposed position, the name of the company and some additional details. Enough to save valuable time for managers and bosses!

Obviously, the tool is still far from perfect. LinkedIn therefore recommends that various users check the details and relevance of the text produced by the AI before finally posting it. But even if we are still far from being able to count on the machine from start to finish (and fortunately?), those in a hurry should however appreciate the update.
