The VitaExtract has played the role of juice extractor in the Bosch catalog for several years. Equipped with a screw that can perform up to 55 revolutions per minute, the device is capable of pressing fruits and vegetables into juice or smoothie depending on the filter used.

Bosch promises fresh juices and smoothies at home and the promise is kept. Without achieving excellence, the VitaExtract proves sufficiently effective in terms of performance and filtration to make it a recommendable device. It manages to crush all types of fruits and vegetables, silently. Small downside, however, is the size of the chute, which requires the user to carefully cut their food.

The very special extraction system of the Magimix Juice Expert 3 has proven itself. Identical to that of the Juice Expert 5 that we tested, its performance is more than adequate and the quality of the juices is also good; the fibers do not resist its grater or its filter. The large juice basket and the XXL chute make extraction easier and faster. On the other hand, it does away with the vegetable cutter and the Spiral Expert – for cutting food in spirals – included with the Juice Expert 5. It nonetheless remains imposing on the work surface, and the Juice Expert 3 can also to be heard. In short, it does not go unnoticed.
