A mechanical gaming keyboard prototype for the least innovative, but also very greedy from Finalmouse has recently leaked.

In a state for the moment very early, this keyboard presents a customizable display requiring nothing less than a graphics card and a processor dedicated to this task.

An interactive display… under Unreal Engine 5!

We mentioned last month a giant screen made up of RGB LED keyboards. To say that this inspired Finalmouse for its keyboard prototype is another story, but the concept is quite similar. This one indeed offers a fully customizable interactive display covering the body of the keyboard and powered by nothing less than the Unreal Engine 5. To satisfy the substantial appetite for the Unreal Engine 5, this Finalmouse prototype has a graphics card and a processor under the hood. The keyboard body is covered by a glass module rotating at 8 kHz, with options for 2K and 4K display. Displays can be changed via an established collection on Steam.

As a reminder, the Finalmouse Twitter account had teased at the very beginning of the year a mechanical keyboard project integrating a technology responding to the name ” Freethinking “. The tweet in question certainly aroused curiosity by stating that this keyboard advertised itself as ” something never seen before “. The date of December 17 had also been mentioned.

To further corroborate the leak shared by Jake Lucky, Finalmouse responded to a user’s reaction by indicating that the prototype presented dates back several months. The end product would be, according to the manufacturer, ” on a whole other level “.
