One of the oldest and most cult series of all time is returning very soon to Disney+. And it looks explosive according to the first extracts.
Disney+ rations its new releases compared to Prime Video, and especially Netflix, but that doesn’t stop the platform from having great releases. And the best example to demonstrate this is undoubtedly the Shogun series. A television show coming out of nowhere with a big headliner, actor Hiroyuki Sanada, which offers a high-level dive into Japan’s Edo era. A highly anticipated new Disney+ release from May 2024
There are a lot of “long” series, but none come close to Doctor Who, especially in the field of science fiction. This program has broken all records since it was launched in 1963 by the BBC, more than 60 years ago. And for the British, it goes beyond entertainment, it’s a real institution. After more than 60 years, with nearly 900 episodes, Doctor Who is back in the new Disney+ releases for May 2024 with completely new episodes. And there are big changes!
