If you’ve ever flown with a baby, you know that flying can quickly become awkward. Between dirty diapers and crying babies, parents know they’re going to be a nuisance to other passengers. So this mom decided to take the lead. We’ll tell you everything.
Recently, a young mother flew from Seoul, South Korea, to San Francisco. A rather long flight that she dreaded because of the presence of her baby. In fact, the young mother knew that she was going to bother the other passengers with her baby’s cries. So she decided to take the lead and apologize in advance to everyone on the flight. Better than that, she distributed “goody bags” well thought out for each passenger.
Each of these bags contained candy, earplugs and a written note through the POV of son Junwoo, who wanted to inform everyone that while he was trying his best to act cool on this flight, he was also 4 months old and may or may not be freaking out. “Hello, my name is Junwoo. I’m a little nervous and scared because this is the first flight of my life…”, says the note. He goes on to say that although he will try to stay calm, he “can’t promise anything.”

The mother prepared 200 bags for all the passengers
His mother prepared a small goody bag for him in case things got noisy. In total, Junwoo’s mother handed out 200 gift bags on the plane. Photos of the note and gift bags were shared on Facebook by one of the passengers, who called the action “touching gesture”.
And ultimately, more fear than harm because the child didn’t even cry during the flight. “Not a word from the child,” the passenger noted on Facebook, a pretty impressive fact for a baby on a 10-hour flight.

The divided reactions of Internet users
This publication quickly sparked a reaction from Internet users, many of whom found the mother’s gesture very considerate but also a little sad. Because all babies cry and that shouldn’t stress parents even more. “As a mother, I would have told you not to worry,” wrote one user on Yahoo Lifestyle’s Facebook page.
“The pressure change in the plane affects everyone, especially babies. If people can’t understand this, they are not educated on the subject.”. Others applauded the mother’s ability to assemble 200 goody bags while packing for a trip and caring for a toddler.
