The Mountain View company has just announced the arrival of a new feature for Google Docs which should save a lot of time for users of the text editing solution. It is now possible to select several pieces of text at the same time in your document.

Editing will only be easier, rather than modifying everything one element at a time.

Continue to make Docs more efficient

Google continues to add features to make Docs more efficient, simpler, and more convenient for everyone to use. Latest functionality to date, therefore, the ability to select several parts of text at a time to make changes. Say you want to change the font size of the 15 subheadings in your long document. If many used to select a subtitle, then change the size before moving on to the next one, it is now history, since it is possible to select all the subtitles and change their size in one click.

To use the feature on Windows, select a text box, then press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + left or right arrow to make the following selections. On Mac, do Ctrl + Cmd + Shift + left or right arrow.

The functionality unveiled by Google will, according to the company, take around two weeks to be deployed by default to users of Workspace, the former G Suite Basic and Business.
