But the price is not the only aspect taken into consideration: the energy aspect of the property is also very largely taken into account: 74% of respondents admit to feeling concerned by the sustainable aspect when choosing a new property. To explain their attachment to the durability of the good, 99% of respondents claim to pay particular attention to energy efficiency, and 98% of them pay particular attention to the insulation of walls and windows. Issues that affect both owners and tenants, time or energy bills could increase by 10% to 15%. The use of sustainable materials in construction is also favored by 91% of respondents.
