The Philips Essential Airfryer Compact HD9200 is an interesting alternative to the low-cost oil-free fryers that are multiplying on the market. Its control panel is certainly rudimentary, but it is also intuitive. It is therefore even easier to cook with this model as it never has any unpleasant surprises during cooking. Temperatures are generally well respected and quickly reached. What remains is an overall limited temperature range and, above all, a still significant size for the small capacity offered.

Without much pretension, the Essential Airfryer Compact HD9252 nevertheless has the merit of doing what is asked of it. Its cooking performance is satisfactory overall and the exemption from preheating offers an appreciable time saving compared to an oven. It’s a shame that its control panel hasn’t been better thought out, and that its basket isn’t a little bigger given the size of the device.
