What are these wireless Hue Go lights?
The Philips Hue Go portable lamp is a wireless LED lamp, which operates via an integrated battery. Its bowl-shaped design is convenient to carry and place anywhere. Despite its original shape, it is easy to put it down and direct the light where you want it. The battery is rechargeable, but it is also possible to plug it into the mains if you leave it in a corner of your living room. Know that in nomadic mode, its autonomy is about 3 hours, the time to dine on your balcony or in your garden.
The Hue Go is controlled from your smartphone or tablet, via the Philips Hue app, available on iOS and Android. If you don’t have your smartphone to hand, a control is integrated into the back of the lamp, to adjust the lighting according to your preferences. You can create a mood depending on the moment. Friendly atmosphere for the evening aperitif or cozy to read your book, you just have to draw from the five light effects included in the lamp to find the brightness of your choice. If you go through the application, which is recommended, you can create the light of your choice yourself, from a wide range of 16 million warm or cold colors.
Are these Philips Hue Go lights a bargain on sale?
At under $95, it’s a bargain if your budget allows and you want to create the perfect lighting for yourself. It is of course possible to program your Go lamp as you wish. You can program the switching on and off of the lamp, create luminosity scenarios or juggle among the predefined ones (Wake up, Concentration, Reading and Relaxation).
Philips Hue works with Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant, if paired with a compatible Google Nest or Amazon Echo device. You will be able to control multiple lights in a single room or lamp, at the sound of your voice. Finally, note that thanks to Bluetooth, you can add up to 10 Go lamps and control them at the same time on your smartphone or tablet.
