Johnny Depp’s lawsuit against Amber Heard is still ongoing. A disturbing new testimony could well confirm the violent acts of the actress.

For more than two weeks, Johnny Depp and his ex-girlfriend Amber Heard have been clashing in a particularly publicized trial. It follows the actor’s complaint for defamation who was accused of domestic violence by Amber Heard in a column published in the Washington Post in 2018. Since then, his career has been particularly impacted since he has not been resumed for the role of Gellert Grindelwald in the third installment of Fantastic Beasts and will not be in either Pirates of the Caribbean 6. In this sense, he claims 50,000 euros in damages and interest when the Aquaman actress asks for 100,000 euros.

During the trial, several witnesses were called to the bar and many revelations were thus made. Lately, it is the testimony of Travis McGivern, the bodyguard of the one who played Jack Sparrow, which was particularly disturbing. Indeed, the man claimed that on March 23, 2015, he had seen the 36-year-old actress go after Johnny Depp, starting by spitting on him before hitting him on the back, to throw a can at him and punch him in the face. He then reveals: “I let him get a can of Red Bull, I let him get hit” before adding: “My job is to ensure the safety and well-being of my clients, and I felt like I didn’t do that.”

The testimonies against Amber Heard are linked to the trial

In addition to the testimony of the security guard, other people questioned on the stand denounced the behavior of Amber Heard. At the start of the hearing, it was the actor’s nurse hired to help him with his opioid addiction who claimed that she had already seen Johnny Depp pacing and struggling to decompress after a meltdown from his ex-wife. A few days later, the actor revealed that his children had never liked their former mother-in-law, specifying: “My children are smarter than me. They refused to be with her. They didn’t like the way she treated me.”

Finally, the analysis of Shannon Curry, a psychologist hired by the actor’s lawyers, really hurt Amber Heard. The psychologist who analyzed her for 12 hours has, in fact, affirmed that she had a personality disorder and that people with these disorders “often have abusive behavior towards their partners” and can “react violently”.
