How is this 11th levy calculated?

Example for an 8% increase. Your property tax was 1000 euros in 2022. You are paid monthly. This year, the DGFiP has therefore taken 100 euros from you each month. In the event of an 8% increase in your tax this year, the bill rises to 1080 euros in 2023. In this case the tax authorities will take an additional 80 euros from you in mid-November.

Example for a 15% increase. The annual bill this time rises to 1150 euros in 2023. In this case the tax authorities will take 100 euros more from you this Wednesday, November 15, before a final payment of 50 euros in mid-December.
