Too young to be a mom? The news could have surprised, last month, Eve Angeli confided to be became a grandmother. Indeed, one of her companion’s daughters has welcomed her first child. “It’s quite funny, because I was a grandmother before being a mother… I just betrayed myself”, she confided in October to Gala. Since 2019, the singer has been married to a man whose identity she keeps secret. Through this union, she therefore became a “grandmother by marriage”.

“I admit that at first it shocked me”, she reveals to Purepeople. Aged 42, the singer should not actually expect to become a grandmother so young. It is for this reason that the one who is about to release a new single refused to be called “granny”. “I prefer ‘Nonny’. It’s the Italian side, ‘nonna’, and I find it cuter”, she assures. However, the singer takes his role to heart. “Having this baby in the family is a way of being able to give big hugs, to receive beautiful photos, and then it’s the blood of the man I love so it’s my family too”she says.

Eve Angeli is ready to become a mother

If Ève Angeli is a mother-in-law and now a grandmother by marriage, she also wishes become a mother in turn. Unfortunately, the pregnancy seems to take time to come, a difficulty that is not easy to overcome for her and her husband. “The hardest thing is not to focus”, she expresses. On the other hand, it is not a question for her of “implement the scientific side”namely medically assisted procreation. “I let time, nature take its course, and if it doesn’t happen it’s because somewhere it wasn’t written”, she explains. In another interview with Purepeople, the singer revealed that she had always wanted to adopt, but it seems that her partner is less open to this option. “My husband currently would prefer a ‘biologically ours’ child”she revealed.
