Faced with this situation, Domitys, a specialist in serviced residences for seniors in France, is offering its Générations Part’ges initiative for the 7th consecutive year, which consists of offering an apartment to a student for a year in exchange for time spent alongside senior residents.
35m2 against 15h per week
The concept is simple. The student can benefit from a furnished apartment of 35m2 in one of the 35 partner residences offered by Domitys, in cities such as Lille, Rouen, Versailles, Brest, Mulhouse, Metz, Nancy, Marseille, Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, Quimper, Sens, Chlons en Champagne, Chalon-sur-Sane, or Cahors and Als. He also has access to common areas (gym, swimming pool, multimedia lounge, etc.)
In exchange, he must devote 15 hours per week (i.e. 59 hours per month) to residents. These times of sharing can take place during outings, by sharing a meal or during the supervision of certain activities.
